Basic steps:
1. User enters well and tools parameters into a special Excel file
2. User executes a macro in the Excel file that generates one batch file and 1 to 3 NICO input files for each case
3. User executes the batch file. It controls running NICOgen and MCNP. The batch file handles the generation of weight windows. User doesn't have to do anything.
4. User now has the MCNP output file for post-processing
Same general process:
1. User specifies a database of values in Excel
2. The macro creates a batch file and the NICOgen input files for each case
3. The User puts the files in a folder that each cluster workstation will poll for jobs
4. If a job is found, a batch file will run it on the cluster. The batch file runs NICOgen and MCNP, and automatically creates the weight windows.
5. The batch file will job send the MCNP output file back to the master computer, and then look for another job.
6. User post-processes the MCNP output files.
